Introducing “Asset Management for Social Housing” – an online asset management manual specifically developed for social housing providers in Australia and New Zealand.

This comprehensive resource is a vital tool for strategic and operational planning and delivery. The manual will be useful for:

Asset management is a whole of organisation responsibility and it’s important that senior management and governing bodies also understand their role in the stewardship of housing assets.
