Introducing “Asset Management for Social Housing” – an online asset management manual specifically developed for social housing providers in Australia and New Zealand.
This comprehensive resource is a vital tool for strategic and operational planning and delivery. The manual will be useful for:
Asset management is a whole of organisation responsibility and it’s important that senior management and governing bodies also understand their role in the stewardship of housing assets.
As an electronic resource the “Asset Management for Social Housing” is available across all devices (PC, laptops, tablets, mobile phones) meaning it is always accessible. It is searchable and permits notetaking. A community of practice will be available as a space where practitioners can ask questions of other practitioners and provide feedback to improve the manual.
Available for individuals and organisations.
Organisations: a nominated person purchases multiple subscriptions to create a ‘pool’ and allocates logins to those who need them. That person can remove the login of someone who has left and reallocate that subscription to a new person. They can buy additional subscriptions to add to their pool as needed. Just add multiples to the cart at purchase.
The manual is available from our New Zealand partner Āpōpō – Infrastructure Asset Management Professionals.
By clicking this link, you will be taken to their NZ website where you have the option of paying in $NZD or $AUD. Credit cards preferred.
