Professional certification is awarded to ahi members who have demonstrated a commitment to their profession and continual professional development.

ahi professional certification provides a clear and tangible signal to employers, government bodies and industry professionals that you have shown a commitment to your self-development, career and to the wider housing sector.

Certified Professionals (PAHIc) and Certified Senior Professionals (SPAHIc) are experienced, knowledgeable, and committed to elevating the profession through industry membership and continuing professional development.

As part of your ahi certification you’ll be eligible to use the PAHIc or SPAHIc post-nominals on your professional signature, plus approved usage of the ahi’s Professional Certification logo and receive a professional certification certificate.

Certified Professional (PAHIc)

Eligibility

• Professional membership
• 2+ Years industry experience
• 60 current CPD points

Certified Senior Professional (SPAHIc)

Eligibility

• Senior Professional membership
• 5+ years industry experience
• 100 current CPD points
• Industry related tertiary level qualification or completion of the ahi Executive Program
