Opportunities for community housing organisations: EOI now open

Expressions of interest are now open for the acquisition and management of 13 new build-to-rent residential developments across the Perth metropolitan area.


These architecturally designed, inclusive communities will improve the quality, diversity and accessibility of social and affordable housing in Western Australia.


The 13 planned developments are spread across the Perth metropolitan area in prime locations close to public transport and other amenities.

  • Albany Highway, Kelmscott
  • Park Lane, Bassendean
  • Victoria Street, Midland
